The location of the Relais dell’Olmo and its functionality have given life to the theory that the Relais was once used as a farmhouse, and therefore it has been restructured in the fullest respect of that style of Umbrian antique estates.
The name “Relais dell’Olmo” given to the restructured building comes from the age-old elms (“olmo” in Italian) that beautify the entrance of the Relais. Both the reconstructed antique part and the completed addition of the Relais dell’Olmo have been built with charming stone and furnished in style.
